Sage HRMS offers two annual plans. The Silver Plan includes unlimited support, live chat assistance, plus software upgrades and enhancements — including quarterly tax updates. In addition the Silver plan includes a 10% discount on Anytime Learning Course, access to Sage Business Care online to download latest product updates, visit the Technical Library or joining a peer-to-peer discussion forum with other users. Silver support also includes access to cloud services delivered through Sage Source.
The Gold Plan includes all of the benefits of the Silver Plan plus
